RECONSTRUCTION + REPLACEMENT
As the result of a catastrophic fire, Our Lady of Perpetual Help Parish saw themselves with minimal time and maximum need. The project involved the reconstruction/replacement of the classroom wing which was damaged by the fire and the renovation of the remaining portion of the school which was smoke damaged. Due to the need for the school to become functional as soon as possible, the project was fast-tracked with separate foundation and steel package being prepared later. An energy efficient design per building code was also created.
