DISTRICT-WIDE FEASIBILITY STUDY
A District-Wide Facilities Study was completed for the Southeast Delco School District. GKO reviewed the Architectural, Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Plumbing, and Electrical components of each building and site. Meeting with the District Personnel and Building Principals provided insight into each unique aspect of their buildings; as well as ensuring that parity was made between schools with technology and space. Included in the Study were 5, 10, and 20 year capital improvement plans.
