MAJOR ADDITION + BUIDING-WIDE RENOVATIONS
Utilizing major additions, selected renovation, and demolition, GKO architects designed a comprehensive replacement Elementary School for Wallingford-Swarthmore School District. The project included demolition of an existing portion of their complex, a 12,000 sq/ft renovation, and a 58,000 sq/ft addition.
The renovated area included the Administration Offices, Library / Computer Room. A two-story Addition includes new entrances to the building, K-5 classrooms & support spaces, a new full-size Gymnasium, Cafeteria, Kitchen, and Stage.
