FACADE / HVAC / AUDITORIUM RENOVATIONS
This renovation provided a contemporary heating system, door/window replacement, code compliant fire alarm system, modernized elevator energy efficient doors and windows. These renovations improve the classroom environment for students while reducing energy consumption and greenhouse gas emissions.
GKO performed the following work:
Replaced all existing windows and exterior doors.
Replaced the heating plant, delivery and distribution systems.
Rehabilitated the elevator.
Replaced the fire alarm with a code compliant system.
