ADDITIONS + RENOVATIONS
In 2011, the original church of Grace Evangelical Lutheran Church, built in 1913, burned to the ground. Only the Worship Building from 1992 was left standing. GKO Architects was selected to provide an Existing Conditions Assessment, and a Master Plan for the Church and property.
After producing an Existing Building Conditions Report and providing programming services for the project, GKO Architects led an Interactive Workshop with the Congregation. The first phase of development identified in the Master Plan included additions and renovations to the 1992 portion of the existing building. After detailed budgets and projected operational costs were identified, the congregation approved the project which moved into final development.
