The goals for this project were to provide accommodations for the administrative staff, public meetings, additional parking, address existing building deficiencies and code violations.
The project has involved 3 multi-prime contractors and an estimated at $16 million budget. GKO provided Survey, Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction Documentation, Bid Documentation and Construction Administration Services.
